Color steel houses are temporary buildings constructed with light steel (H-shaped steel, channel steel) as the skeleton and color steel sandwich panels as the enclosure material. They are connected by bolts or welding components to achieve rapid assembly and disassembly.

Structural characteristics 

Adopting standardized modular design , the weight of components is only 1/30 of that of 

brick walls , and the construction period is shortened by more than 40% compared to traditional buildings. The skeleton material includes lightweight steel such as H-shaped steel and channel steel, and the enclosure material commonly used is sandwich panels such as polyurethane , rock wool, phenolic resin , etc.

Performance Characteristics

Seismic and wind resistance: The seismic strength can reach 7-8 levels , and the wind 

resistance level can reach 12 levels.

Thermal insulation: The insulation performance of 2.2mm thick color plate is 2200 times that of 0.5mm steel plate tiles. When industrial plants are not insulated , the temperature difference between indoor and outdoor is about 2 ℃.

Corrosion resistance: suitable for corrosive environments such as seaside and chemical industries , and the service life of some board anti-corrosion coatings can reach 45 years.

Economy: Low installation cost , no need to reserve expansion holes for direct fixation , 

convenient transportation.
